Discovery Club

Discovery Club is St. Matthews’ after-school science enrichment program for Pre-K students. Taught by two faculty members, Discovery Club meets Tuesday through Friday afternoons from 1:00-2:30. Daily activities are organized around weekly units, and no two days are the same.

Discovery Club activities include:

• Hands-on discovery centers
• Daily lessons reinforcing the weekly units
• Science experiments, demonstrations, group labs and games
• Thematic art projects
• Daily snack

Please note that Discovery Club will not meet on class party days, early release days, and days on which there are teacher meetings.  Please mark your calendar for the following Discovery Club cancellations:
