Pre Kinder (Four & Five Year Olds) Program
Pre-K Rock & Fossil Show
Children in the Pre Kinder classes build on their cognitive and social skills that were learned in the two and three-year old classes. The curriculum is designed to promote the child’s total development. Integrated into our units of study are activities and learning experiences that give each child the opportunity to grow in all areas: social, emotional, physical, spiritual and cognitive at their own pace.
Pre-K Pow-Wow!
Our program boasts a curriculum that is inclusive of Reading Readiness skills, Science and Math, Music and Art appreciation as well as the development of the student’s gross and fine motor skills. Our Social Studies unit includes learning to appreciate other cultures. Information is shared about China, Africa, Mexico and other countries that are reflective of our students’ family heritage.
Classes are offered on Tuesday-Friday or Monday-Friday from 9:00am-1:00pm with optional after school programs until 2:00/2:30pm .
Applicants must be 4 years old by September 1st to attend the TWTHF Pre-K. Applicants must be 4 & 1/2 years old by September 1st to attend the five day Pre-K.
