Dear St. Matthew’s Parents and Friends,
We hope you can join us this year in supporting the St, Matthew’s Episcopal Day School spring fundraiser, La Noche. Our event will be held on Friday, March 2, 2012 at the UT Alumni Center. The evening will be a casual, yet refined affair including both silent and live auctions, dinner, cocktails, fellowship and a good Texas Time!
St. Matthew’s Episcopal Day School is an accredited SAES co-educational half day preschool with enrollment of 200 students aging two through kindergarten. The school is also a member of the National Academy of Early Childhood and the National Association of Episcopal Schools. The program at St. Matthew’s promotes the child’s total physical, cognitive, social, emotional and spiritual development.
The 2012 La Noche theme, Lone Star La Noche, is derived from the children’s book Larry Gets Lost In Texas by Michael Mullin and John Skewes. The book is a wonderful way for our children to learn about our great state of Texas through a fun story that highlights big attractions, visits big cities, and teaches Texas history.
We are asking you to help us again this year by considering SPONSORSHIP of this event. With help from generous donors like you we are able to raise funds that further the mission of the school by supporting our strategic plan, including the campus technology, enriching our curriculum and providing continuing education for our teachers.
